Baseball is where our story begins — but our mission goes far beyond the diamond. We remove financial and access barriers so young athletes in every sport can participate, develop, compete, and grow.

The Three Five Mission

Creating
opportunity
through sports
& mentorship

Our mission is to remove barriers and create opportunities for young people through sports, mentorship, education, and community support.

While the foundation has deep roots in baseball, Three Five proudly supports athletes across all sports — baseball, softball, basketball, football, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, wrestling, swimming, track & field, and more.

We believe sports have the power to teach discipline, build confidence, develop leadership, create lifelong relationships, and shape young people into better versions of themselves. Every athlete deserves that opportunity.

If a young person has the passion and desire to pursue something great, we want to help give them a chance.

What We Support

Five ways we
open the door

  • 01

    Baseball & Softball

Travel baseball, camps, clinics, training, mentorship, equipment, and player development opportunities.

  • 02

    All Sports

Scholarships, participation fees, camps, training, equipment, and other opportunities that let young athletes develop in the sport they love.

  • 03

    Scholarships & Mentorship

Connecting young people with mentors and access to experiences that develop confidence, character, leadership, and life skills.

  • 04

    Community Programs

Supporting youth leagues, schools, community organizations, and programs that create positive opportunities for kids and families.

  • 05

The Person, Not Just the Athlete

Sports are a vehicle for something bigger — helping young people become better teammates, leaders, students, citizens, and people.

Our Story

Born from
baseball.
Built for every athlete.

Rob Wooten’s journey through youth baseball, college baseball, and Major League Baseball showed him firsthand how powerful opportunity can be.

He also saw how easily financial circumstances, access to resources, or simply not having the right person in your corner could prevent a talented young person from reaching their potential.

The Three Five Foundation was created to change that.

Baseball will always be an important part of who we are — but we believe the lessons and opportunities sports provide belong to every young athlete.

  • 01A baseball player trying to attend a showcase.
  • 02A basketball player who needs help with training.
  • 03A soccer player who needs assistance with participation costs.
  • 04A young athlete who simply needs someone to believe in them.

The Three Five Foundation wants to help.

The Three Five Promise

Every sport.
Every athlete.
Every opportunity.

We believe a child’s opportunity shouldn’t be determined by their family’s financial circumstances.

Three Five exists to help close that gap. From the baseball diamond to the basketball court, soccer field, football field, swimming pool, track — or wherever a young athlete pursues their passion.

We want to help create the opportunity to play, grow, compete, and become a champion.

Removing Barriers.
Building Champions.
